We would like to express our satisfaction on the quality of our home built by Kevin Kendall. We moved in during June of 2005 and the home has served us well during severe climates and all other seasons. Kevin is an involved builder who did an excellent job and made several helpful suggestions along the way to save us money and still produce a solid, comfortable home.

Kevin has also shown to be a responsive builder, willing to work with us during any aspect of the construction process on changes or improvements.

We are both retired executives with a large telecommunication corporation. We have moved numerous times and worked with several builders over the years.

We used Kevin for a major addition and remodel of our cabin at Bear Lake and he did an excellent job. He delivered on everything he said he would do.
